I believe the Bible is real ...and I believe it is beneficial only to pray according to the Word of God.

We are not to pray to Baal ...or any other.

The first three of the Ten Commandments addresses how we are to address God.

Aside from going to church ...do we view Sunday, or the Sabbath as any different than any other day?

Do we honor each other ...or our parents?

Do we try to destroy others with our words?

Are we faithful in our relationships?

Do we do anything dishonest ...if we feel it is not that significant or everyone does it or we can get away with it???

Are we honest with our words, as well as with our actions??

Do we bicker over what we are provided ...either by as we view it by our loved ones, or by God??

And if we fail on so many of these levels ...we certainly need a Savior.

But, we also need to know that we need a Savior.

Yet, though few would say we would get an ambulance if we dialed a wrong number ...if the number we reached knew we needed an ambulance, they could call the number for us.  We would still have the option to refuse the ambulance when it arrived ...and also be angry at whoever called them.

If  we needed an ambulance to save our life, and they somehow happened to call us ...would we refuse to answer, or hang up???

And what advantage would it be if we got a call ...and it was a prank??

God is calling us ...and many will testify to the fact that it is not a prank.  The Holy Spirit is working to break down walls, and soften our heart ...and God sent His Son to convince us of His love.  We don't make up who we think Jesus is, what He did, or what He said ...many testified to that, and it is written in the Bible.

Compassionately, I say, believe it!!!
